Jean Meike has been creating these unusual and delicious recipes for Gypsy Wind for over ten years.  Every batch is made by her hands from scratch in small batches for freshness and sure quality.  The lids and labels are applied by hand, the labels designed by Jean often the same day she has the inspiration to put together the taste fusion.  Being an artist, musician, photographer, and writer, the creative process finds her and she has learned to just give in to it and let it manifest as it will. 

"One thing that I have discovered is that the creative process is no respector of medium.  Anything can be a 'canvas' whether it's a blank piece of paper, or an empty jar.  Taking people into a new experience is what creative art is about and I have so much fun knowing that my creative expression in the kitchen can be experienced through your tastebuds!  That alone is inspiration to offer you new taste experiences."
